1. Agreement
By creating an account or self-hosting LogForMe you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secret and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use LogForMe to break the law, abuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or infringe someone else's rights. Don't attempt to resell access or scrape at scale.
4. Paid plans and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. We offer a 3-day refund on new subscriptions - email support and we will process it within one business day.
5. Community Edition
The Community Edition is distributed under the GNU GPL v3. Self-hosted installations are not covered by our support SLAs.
6. Data and privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your data. You may export or delete it at any time.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms after notice when reasonable.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogForMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
