You have 3 days from the start of a paid subscription to request a full refund. Email operations@logforme.com with your account email and we'll process it within three business days.
Renewals
Renewals are not automatically refunded. If something went wrong - a forgotten cancellation, a duplicate charge - email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Community Edition
The Community Edition is free. Refunds don't apply.
