After years of freelancing, I was juggling five tools to send one invoice - a tracker, a spreadsheet, a tax calculator, an invoice generator, and an email client. Every month, a few hours are gone on repetitive design, calculations, making sure the numbers add up, and finalizing the invoices.

LogForMe is the tool not the only project that tackles this issue, but it's the one that does in the most seamless and convenient way. Time tracking and invoicing in the same data model, taxes as a first-class object, voice entries when typing is too slow. Built for the solo case with an eye out for more broader uses.

The paid editions run on logforme.com; the Community Edition is GPL v3 on GitHub. Same codebase, different hosting.
