How to manage your account, change plans, and handle payments.
Your profile
Settings → Account (or /settings).
Change:
- Name - shown in some places in the UI; doesn't change your invoice name (that's in Preferences).
- Email - if you change it, LogForMe sends a verification email to the new address before the change takes effect.
- Password - requires your current password.
Signing in, signing out
- Sign in:
app.logforme.com/login. "Remember me" keeps you logged in across browser restarts. - Sign out: sidebar → Sign out (or the user menu).
- Forgot password: on the login screen, Forgot password? → email reset link → new password.
Plans & subscriptions
See pricing for current prices and limits. There are no free trials on the hosted service - the Community Edition is the free path. There's no annual plan today; everything is monthly.
Refunds
3 days, no questions on a first purchase. Email operations@logforme.com or use the contact form at https://logforme.com/contact and we'll refund you.
Renewals: if you forgot to cancel and got charged, or there was a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it. Beyond that: no refunds, except where local consumer law requires them (we comply with EU, UK, etc. consumer protections - LemonSqueezy handles the specifics).
Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy on the original payment method. Expect 3–10 business days for the money to actually show up, depending on your bank.
Invoices for your LogForMe subscription
LemonSqueezy issues these (they're the Merchant of Record). Your receipts are emailed to you and viewable in the LemonSqueezy customer portal.
Payment methods
Whatever LemonSqueezy supports - credit/debit cards, PayPal in many countries, and some local methods. Managed entirely through their checkout; we don't touch payment data.
VAT / sales tax on your subscription
LemonSqueezy, as Merchant of Record, handles sales tax, VAT, and GST on your subscription fee - you'll see it on your receipt. This is separate from the taxes you apply to your invoices to your own clients (those are controlled by you in taxes.md).
Exporting your data
Go to Settings → Account → Export my data. We email you a CSV with all your Projects, Time Frames, Entries, Taxes, and Preferences. Useful for backup, migration, or preparation for deletion.
Note: One export per 24 hours to prevent abuse. If you have a special need for more frequent exports, contact us at

Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account. Type your email to confirm. Your data is deleted within 30 days (the lag is for backups to age out).
Heads up: deletion is permanent. Export first if you want a copy.
Soft limits reminder
Plan limits and prices may change - see logforme.com/pricing for the current numbers. As of writing: Starter caps at 5 active Projects and 10 AI verbal entries/day; Premium caps at 100 active Projects and 20 AI verbal entries/day. Both have unlimited Time Frames and Entries.

- Response time: usually under 48 hours. LogForMe is a solo operation, so a little patience goes a long way.
