Refund Policy

1. New subscriptions — 3-day window

If it's your first paid subscription with LogForMe, you can request a full refund within 3 days of the charge. No questions asked.

Email operations@logforme.com or use logforme.com/contact with your account email and a brief note. Refunds are typically processed within one business day on our side.

2. Renewals — 7-day error window

If you got a renewal charge you didn't intend (forgot to cancel, duplicate charge, billing surprise), contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.

After 7 days, renewals are non-refundable except where local consumer law requires otherwise (see §5).

3. How refunds are processed

  • All refunds go through LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record) on the original payment method.
  • Funds typically appear in 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You'll receive an email receipt from LemonSqueezy when the refund is issued.

4. No free trials

The hosted service does not offer free trials. The Community Edition is the free path — self-host it via github.com/ahmed-fawzy99/logforme-ce.

5. EU consumers — withdrawal right

If you're a consumer in the European Union (or another jurisdiction with similar mandatory rules), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online.

Per Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), this right is lost once the digital service has been performed with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. LemonSqueezy's checkout typically presents this consent at the point of purchase. Once you start using the LogForMe service, the EU 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies, and the policies in §1 and §2 above govern.

This carve-out does not affect any other mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

6. Community Edition

The Community Edition is free, open-source, and self-hosted. There is no payment to refund. Bug reports go to GitHub Issues; commercial support is not offered.
